Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with confirmed colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and >= 60 years of age 2.ASA I-III 3.Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.?°-? AVB ; 2.Sinus bradycardia and Atropine test(-); 3.Cerebral infarction with sequelae; 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders; 5.Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 6.Drug addicts
