Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing selective Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery urological surgery with general anesthesia; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. ASA I~ III; 4. Surgey time> 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI > 35kg/m2; 2. Patients with any underlying lung diseases: previous history of lung surgery, pneumothorax, tuberculosis, pleural effusion, respiratory failure, recent respiratory infection, and expected difficulty in intubation; 3. Patients diagnosed with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 4. Any diaphragm-related diseases: diaphragmatic paralysis, diaphragmatic hernia, congenital diaphragmatic hypoplasia, damaged diaphragmatic nerve, stroke-related diaphragmatic function decline, congenital or acquired diaphragmatic defect, and tumor metastasis; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases: unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction occurred within the past 3 months; Severe heart block, severe sinus node dysfunction, heart failure; Patients who have had a stroke or history of stroke within the last 1 month (left a limb movement disorder); 6. NYHA grade of heart function >=III; 7. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Communication disorder, inability to cooperate, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness; 9. The patient refuses; 10. Transfer to intensive care unit was planned after surgery
