Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for RA group: 1. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. The age is between 18 and 80 years old; 3. According to the classification standard of American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2010, the patient was definitely diagnosed as RA. Inclusion criteria for normal control group: 1. agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form; 2. aged between 18 and 80 years old; 3. did not meet the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (the European League Against Rheumatism, the EULAR) RA classification criteria for healthy people.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for RA: 1. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system (ALT or AST is more than 3 times higher than the normal upper limit, and GFR of chronic kidney disease above stage III is less than 30 ml/min); 2, infectious diseases, hyperuricemia > 6 months, gout, thyroid disease, urinary tract infection, the existence of malignant tumor or medical history; 3, combined with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, etc. 4. Patients with remission period less than 6 months and taking hormones in the past six months; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate or complete sample collection. Exclusion criteria for normal healthy controls: same as those for RA patients.
