Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: [1] Age 18-80 years old (inclusive); [2] Patients with acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours of onset; [3] Acute macrovascular occlusion includes internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery M1; [4] Patients who are eligible and have received arterial thrombectomy; [5] Successful recanalization of blood vessels (mTICI grade 2b and above on DSA); [6] Provide informed consent from the patient or the patient's representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: [1] Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 133 µmol/L); [2] Combined with fluid retention (ascites, pulmonary edema); [3] Patients with severe electrolyte imbalances (serum sodium 155 mmol/L); [4] Treated with osmotic medications; [5] Patients who meet the indications for neurosurgical craniotomy; [6] pregnant or lactating women; [7] Patients who are currently participating in other clinical research trials; [8] Other conditions judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion in the clinical study.
