Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Admission of ARDS patients from Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Pudong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the New Global Definition of ARDS; 4. Obtain the consent of the patient or family member and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death before the specified follow-up time point; 2. Long-term residence in a nursing home or welfare home; 3. Unable to cooperate with the completion of follow-up examination items due to neurological or psychiatric problems; 4. Inability to attend the visit due to bed rest or severe osteoarthropathy; 5. Those who are judged by the investigator to be unable to complete this test.
