18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke in the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2023; 2. Less than 7 days after onset; 3. 18 to 80 years old; 4. Complete and reliable case history, and complete relevant auxiliary examination; 5. The patient or his/her legal relative signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who is in critical condition and can not cooperate with the relevant examination; 2. Patients who has the contraindication of head MRI or can not cooperate with the examination; 3. Patients with obvious cognitive impairment, sleep disorder and anxiety or depression before stroke; 4. Patients who can not cooperate with the relevant scale evaluation; 5. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage presented by head CT; 6. Patients with massive cerebral infarction presented by head CT or MRI; 7. Patients with unclear or imcomplete case history; 8.Patients who are currently participating or have participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months.
