Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receiving hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 2. Having relatively complete medical history records, relevant laboratory tests, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome data; 3. Those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clearly identify patients with acute renal failure; 2. Pregnant female patients 3. Patients with severe infections or important organ failure 4. There are patients with other severe diseases or infectious diseases, such as tumors, active tuberculosis, etc; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate or refuse to undergo magnetic resonance imaging, cardiac ECT, and ultrasound examinations.
