Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirmed gallstones (including gallstones and bile duct stones) and cholangiocarcinoma (including intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) who are scheduled for surgical treatment were included. In the control group, patients with cholecystitis, hepatobiliary trauma and appendicitis surgery were selected. Be between 18 and 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, patients with mental disorders and those with other liver tumors are excluded.
