18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) for the first time upon enrollment; 2. Ages 18-65; 3. Never received radiation therapy; 4. No active symptoms of respiratory infection; 5. Aseptic activity symptoms; 6. Activity symptoms without organ dysfunction; 7. Able to tolerate and complete this research; 8. Signed written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received previous radiation therapy for the head and neck region 2. Patients with poor oral hygiene and/or severe periodontal disease 3. Active symptoms of respiratory infections during recruitment 4. Active symptoms of bacteremia 5. Active symptoms of organ dysfunction 6. Suffering from chronic respiratory diseases that may affect observation 7. Suffering from chronic oral mucositis and ulcers that may affect observation
