Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >= 65 years. 2.Undergoing unilateral below-the-knee amputation. 3.ASA physical status II-III. Complete preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease or contraindications to regional anesthesia 2. Patients with incomplete data 3. Patients converted to general anesthesia
