Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part One: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria related to cardiovascular disease and has been diagnosed through clinical examination and other tests; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) Individuals who are conscious and able to communicate normally; (4) Recognized research proposal and willing to participate in this survey Part 2: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria related to cardiovascular disease and has undergone clinical examinations to meet the criteria for frailty; (2) Individuals who are conscious and able to communicate normally; (3) I acknowledge the research proposal and am willing to participate in this survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part One: (1) Patients with malignant arrhythmia, grade III or above heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage, and aortic dissection (2) Dementia, severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, consciousness disorders, and inability to communicate; (3) Cancer or other serious diseases (cancer has recovered well after surgery, no distant metastasis has been found, and currently no chemotherapy has been performed) Radiotherapy, taking special medications, etc. may not be ruled out; (4) Blindness; (5) Acute infection; (6) Not cooperating with investigators. Part 2: (1) Suffering from acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestine within 3 months; (2) Used antibiotics within one month; (3) Have used probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics within one month; (4) Have used laxatives or medications for treating diarrhea within one month; (5) Used proton pump inhibitors within one month; (6) Used gastrointestinal motility drugs within one month.
