Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus: Patients with SLE who met the 1997 ACRSLE diagnostic criteria or the 2019 EULAR/ACR classification diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus and still had high disease activity (positive anti-DSDNA antibodies and low complement or SELENA-SLEDAI score =8) on the basis of conventional treatment, and did not have other connective tissue diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other autoimmune diseases, severe infections, heart, liver, brain diseases, and malignant tumors
