Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Diagnosed as STEMI: The diagnostic criteria for STEMI are: (1) a history of chest pain/discomfort; (2) At admission, if the ST segment of two or more adjacent electrocardiogram (ECG) leads is continuously elevated by = 0.1mV (>30min, V2 and V3 >= 0.2mV) or if there is a newly developed left bundle branch block (LBBB); (3) Elevated cardiac biomarkers [troponin, creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)] beyond the 99th laboratory reference limit percentile. (3) Sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) STEMI is caused by surgical procedures, trauma, and gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) STEMI occurs in patients who have already been hospitalized for other reasons; (3) Researchers have determined that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study as required; (4) Patient life expectancy <= 12 months; (5) Heart transplant patients.
