Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=60 years; clinical diagnosis of all enrolled heart failure patients was in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; stable condition; signed informed consent; and good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, acute cerebrovascular disease, and other acute and severe illnesses; infections, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, collagen disease, amyloidosis; history of surgery or trauma within the last 2 months; history of psychiatric illnesses that prevented the patient from cooperating; patients who could not express their thoughts clearly, such as those who were severely cognitively impaired or in a coma; patients who refused to undergo frailty screening; and patients who were unable to communicate or for whom existing The patient refuses to be screened for frailty
