Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Very low birth weight infants born in the obstetrics department of our hospital were transferred to the neonatal department of our hospital for treatment after birth; 2. Clinical diagnosis and treatment requires repeated blood collection; 3. Continuous monitoring of arterial blood pressure; 4. Informed consent of family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members refuse to participate; 2. Abdominal fissure, omphalocele, omphalitis, peritonitis, lower limb or hip ischemic signs.
