Interventions
Experimental group:Store iodophor in a 37°C incubator for 30 minutes before catheterization. After checking the temperature of iodophor with a liquid thermometer before skin disinfection, immediately
Control group:Except for the temperature of the disinfectant solution, which is at room temperature, the rest of the measures are the same as those of the experimental group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Very low birth weight infants born in the obstetrics department of our hospital were transferred to the neonatal department of our hospital for treatment after birth; 2. Clinical diagnosis and treatment requires repeated blood collection; 3. Continuous monitoring of arterial blood pressure; 4. Informed consent of family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members refuse to participate; 2. Abdominal fissure, omphalocele, omphalitis, peritonitis, lower limb or hip ischemic signs.
