40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the participant were 40-80 years old; 2. Participant with elevated serum PSA and/or abnormal DRE; 3. Transrectal conventional ultrasound or MRI found the lesions; 4. Ultrasound-guided transperineal prostate biopsy was planned; 5. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. Patients with severe hypertension or heart disease without prostate biopsy; 3. Patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy; 4. Patients with a history of transurethral resection of the prostate, drug or radiation therapy for prostate cancer.
