Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Experimental Group: Age 25-55 years (non-postmenopausal); No other serious health problems; Not receiving relevant treatment; 10 cases of intraoperative cyst wall tissue in patients with coincidental cysts were confirmed Control Group Inclusion Criteria: Age 25-55 years (non-postmenopausal); No other serious health problems; Not receiving relevant treatment; The disease was excluded, and 10 patients with uterine leiomyoma requiring total hysterectomy were selected for normal endometrial tissue
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.menopausal patients with endometrium. 2.less than 25 years old, more than 55 years old. 3.combined with hypertension, diabetes or thyroid disease.
