Interventions

Intervention group:Subjects in the intervention group consumed 200ml of Kashi yogurt about one hour after lunch every day for two months
Control group:Subjects in the control group had a normal daily diet

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-44 years (including both ends), healthy adults; 2. Normal body shape or thin (BMI 18.5-23.9 normal, BMI 17-18.4 thin); 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have recently taken antibiotics, or have taken probiotics, prebiotics and other yogurts for a long time to affect the test results; 2. Diagnosed by a professional doctor with diabetes, gout, hypertension and other metabolic diseases and/or serious organic diseases such as heart disease; 3. Those with mental disorders; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Other situations that the researcher deems necessary to be excluded.
