Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pediatric patients undergoing elective surgery; pediatric patients who require arterial puncture and catheterization; 3-18 years old; ASA score I-III; The guardian of the pediatric patients voluntarily participate in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The intended puncture site has a history of surgery; pediatric patients who have undergone arterial puncture and catheterization; Hematoma or infection or trauma at the intended puncture site; hypotension, shock, or cardiac arrhythmia; abnormal coagulation function(INR>2 and/or platelet count<50×10^9); modified Allen ´s Test positive
