Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-70 years old, gender is not limited 2. imaging (ultrasound and MRI) showed rotator cuff tear; 3. arthroscopic findings of rotator cuff muscle group tears in all cases; 4. after initial arthroscopic repair of unilateral rotator cuff injury, all 4 weeks after surgery; 5. willing to sign the informed consent for this study and able to cooperate well with this rehabilitation treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those with localised tears that can be treated conservatively; 2. patients with fracture in combination with rotator cuff injury at the time of occurrence; 3. those with acute exacerbation of serious medical diseases, local skin infections, coagulation disorders, and febrile states; 4. Existing musculoskeletal disorders affecting the impaired mobility of the peripheral shoulder; 5. Refusal to sign the informed consent form
