Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with dyspnea or asymptomatic hypoxemia presenting with chest tightness, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, or sitting in a recumbent position were admitted to ICU. 1) Age >=18 years old; 2) Have the above respiratory symptoms; 3) ICU with asymptomatic hypoxemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Dyspnea due to cardiac disease; 2) Dyspnea caused by fluid overload; 3) Pregnant and parturient women; 4) Expected length of ICU stay < 48 hours; 5) Patients or their family members refused to participate in the study.
