18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.People aged 18-65 years who have been receiving HD treatment for 3 months or more; 2.The frequency of hemodialysis is 4 hours, 3 times a week; 3.PSQI scale score 0-15 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The end time of hemodialysis is after 22 o'clock on the same day; 2. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other lung diseases requiring long-term oxygen therapy; 3. Unable to learn the operation and daily care of oxygen concentrator after training; 4. Loss of self-care ability; 5. Scored by PSQI scale>=16 points (severe insomnia); 6. Diagnosed with restless leg syndrome, etc.
