Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Conforming to the relevant diagnostic criteria in the 2019 Diagnostic Key Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, stroke was diagnosed through head CT or MRI, with the lesion located under the cortex of the supply area of the unilateral middle cerebral artery, and the initial course of the disease was 2 weeks to 3 months; 2: Age 40-70 years old; 3: Presence of upper limb dysfunction, UE-FMA<60 points; 4: Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: History of epilepsy; 2: Drug dependence or mental illness; 3: Patients with severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 4: Severe systemic injury or accompanying diseases; 5: Contraindication to TMS (such as metal implants in the brain or the use of pacemakers); 6: Treatment of post-stroke spasm with Muscle relaxant or Botox injection.
