Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who is under going emergency cesarean section should have a gestational age of > 32 weeks 2. Age 18-45years 3. ASA: Level I-III 4, no spinal anesthesia contraindications 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, High-?ow humidi?ed nasal oxygenation contraindications, such as nasal lesions 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) > 40kg/m2 3. History of difficult intubation or known airway difficulties 4. Gastroesophageal reflux disease 5. Patients with severe comorbidities, expected complicated surgery or risk of major bleeding 6. The fetus is malformed or has severe stunting
