18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited, age ranges from 18 to 60 years old, 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24 kg/m^2 with or without IGR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous fasting intravenous blood glucose >=7.0 mmol/L and/or random intravenous blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L and/or 75g glucose tolerance test >=11.1 mmol/L and/or HBA1c >=6.5%; 2. Taking weight-loss drugs, hypoglycemic drugs and glucocorticoids in the past 3 months; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, or within the last six months of pregnancy plan; 4. Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, persistent delusional disorder, schizoaffective disorder, organic mental disorders and other major mental diseases.
