Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Diagnosis of COPD according to GOLD guidelines; 3. Those who are conscious and able to cooperate with the treatment. 4. Patients within 48 hours of admission; 5. The patient is expected to stay in hospital for more than 48 hours; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contraindication to the use of neuromuscular stimulators, including: pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker implantation, skin injury at the stimulation site; 2. Severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Neuromuscular diseases; 4. People with limb dysfunction; 5. Recent unstable cardiovascular disease (such as: angina, myocardial infarction, etc.); 6. Those who are hemodynamically unstable and need vasoactive drugs to maintain blood pressure; 7. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency who need dialysis and other treatments; 8. Those with other lung diseases, such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, lung cancer, previous history of lung surgery, etc
