60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to participate in this study 2. Age >=60 years old 3. Plan to undergo elective coronary artery bypass grafting or valve replacement 4. The expected hospital stay before surgery is 5 days or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alzheimer's disease with a MoCA score = 18 points 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment and unable to complete a cognitive function assessment 3. Physical movement disorders and inability to complete cognitive function assessments 4. Claustrophobia and other inability to complete functional MRI examinations 5. Expected survival time is less than one month 6. Other surgeries such as tumor resection at the same time 7. Participating in other clinical trials within three months
