Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In-service nurses holding a nursing license; 2.Engaged in clinical nursing work for one year or more; 3.With informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses on vacation during the investigation period; 2.Nurses in operating rooms, central sterile supply department, pharmacy intravenous admixture service center, medical laboratory , and administrative logistics departments;
