Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ICU length of stay after enrollment is expected to be >=5 days. 2.Patients who require enteral nutrition via a nasogastric tube. 3.Age >=18 years, no gender restrictions. 4.Indications for enteral nutrition, with a nutrition risk screening score of 3-7 points. 5.Patients who voluntarily agree or whose family members consent to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastrointestinal ulcers, atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, etc. 2.Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery. 3.Patients with malignant tumors, end-stage conditions, severe traumatic brain injury, extremely poor prognosis, or those who are likely to die in the short term. 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5.Patients or their family members who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
