Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemic pancreatitis:abdominal pain consistent with the onset, elevated serum amylase and/or lipase levels>= 3 times the upper limit of normal, and imaging findings consistent with changes in pancreatitis (CT, MRI, ultrasound). (2) Triglyceride levels >= 11.3mmol/L, or triglycerides 5.65 ~ 11.3mmol/L, but with a chyle like appearance in the serum. (3) Simultaneously comply with Article 1 and Article 2, and exclude other causes of acute pancreatitis such as biliary tract disease, alcohol, trauma, tumors, etc. 2.Admitted within 48 hours of symptom onset (calculated based on the onset of abdominal pain); 3.Age>18 years old and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic pancreatitis; Tumor patients; Patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, immune system disease, mental disease, infectious diseases; Serious oral diseases, received oral treatment within the past six months; Previous history of abdominal surgery; 2.Admitted within 48 hours of onset; 3.Age<18 years old; 4.Pregnant and lactating women; 5.Use of antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, probiotics and/or prebiotics, PPI preparations in the past month; 6.Those who have not signed informed consent and have given up treatment.
