65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASAII-III class, 2. 65 years old< = age< = 85 years, 3. The diagnosis is clearly a hip fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have neurological or psychiatric diseases before surgery or are unable to cooperate with the questionnaire; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment with preoperative Mini-Mini-Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of respiratory failure, cardiac function grade III or IV; 4. Those with second- and third-degree atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia; 5. Those who are allergic to etomidate or propofol; 6. Those who take sedative drugs for a long time; 7. Patients with multiple fractures in other parts.
