Group D (ropivacaine alone):Ropivacaine was performed with adductor canal block (ACB) combined with popliteal artery and posterior capsular space (IPACK) block of the knee, 0.3% ropivacaine ACB20ml +
Group S (Dexamethasone + Ropivacaine Group):Dexamethasone combined with ropivacaine for ACB combined with IPACK block, 2.5 mg dexamethasone + 0.3% ropivacaine ACB 20 ml and 2.5 mg dexamethasone + 0.3

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective knee surgery. 2. Be between 18 and 35 years old. 3. ASA grading I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness and epilepsy; 2. Active peptic ulcer; 3. Severe diabetes mellitus; 4. Serious infection; 5. Adrenal hyperfunction; 6. Coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients with anatomical or nervous system diseases of the lower limbs.
