Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 4IU/L during the promotion process. Experimental group: the maximum value of LH during the promotion process was less than 4 IU/L, no antagonist was added in the whole process, and rLH was added in reverse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.chronic and systemic diseases: diabetes, gonadotropin deficiency amenorrhea, reproductive system tumors, hyperprolactinemia, chromosome abnormalities, etc. 2. Other pelvic and abdominal diseases: Stage III-IV endometriosis, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc. 3) Have abused any active substance in the past 5 years or have a history of drug, drug or alcohol abuse. 4. Any contraindications to pregnancy and/or childbirth.
