18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 18 to 90 years old 2.Diagnosed with IAIs complicated by sepsis within 24 hours of admission. 3.The patient or their legal representative agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The time of confirmed intra-abdominal infection is 24 hours after the patient's admission to the ICU. 2. The expected survival time is less than 24 hours. 3. The expected length of stay in the ICU is less than 24 hours. 4. Palliative treatment after admission to the ICU. 5. Pregnant women or parturients. 6. The patient has already participated in other interventional clinical studies. 7. This patient has already been included in this study and is transferred in after being transferred out. 8. The patient is transferred from another hospital and has stayed in the ICU of the previous hospital for more than 7 days.
