Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Length of hospitalization >=24 hours; (3) Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients entering renal replacement therapy (including dialysis and kidney transplantation); (2) Patients with incomplete information in their medical records; (3) Death cases.
