Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)gender is not limited, the patient's age is 18~65 years old;(2)body mass index (BMI) 18~28kg/m^2;(3)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I~II;(4)New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification I~II;(5)the patient's sanity is clear, and voluntarily signs the informed consent form to cooperate with the experimental test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with difficulty in respiratory management; (2) patients with a diagnosis of grade 3 or higher hypertension who do not have satisfactory blood pressure control with antihypertensive medications; (3) patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, Parkinson's disease, diabetes mellitus, and other disorders; (4) chronic opioid users or history of psychotropic medication use; (5) Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction; (6) those who are allergic to or have contraindications to benzodiazepines, opioids;(7)History of phrenic nerve injury or surgery.
