Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Patients requiring total knee replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumor; 2. Pregnant state during hospitalization; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Severe complications occurred before surgery, requiring ventilator support; 5. Secondary surgery patients; 6. Patients with bilateral total knee replacement
