Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Infection occurring within 4 weeks of primary joint replacement, or infection occurring within 4 weeks of a previously well-functioning joint. 2) The results of pathogen examination were clear. 3) There were high clinical manifestations of infection with fever, chills, sinus, pus, pain, skin temperature rise. 4) Patients treated with local antibiotic therapy or simple debridement in joint cavity with the assistance of negative pressure closed drainage after debridement with prosthetic retention. 5) Follow-up for more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) The case lacked relevant medical history. 2) No clear pathogenic results were found. 3) Infection caused by other sites after orthopedic surgery (such as urinary tract infection, intravenous catheter infection, etc.). 4) Patients receiving other forms of treatment. 5) The follow-up time was less than 1 year.
