Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is in line with the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B cirrhosis in the decompensation period and the deficiency of liver and kidney yin according to TCM syndrome differentiation; 2. Age range: 18-70 years old; 3. Child Pugh score >= 10 points; 4. Malnutrition risk NRS-2002 score >= 3 points; 5. Serum albumin 25-35g/L. 6. L3 skeletal muscle index, male patients<37cm^2/m^2, female patients<28.8cm^2/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic encephalopathy and active upper gastrointestinal bleeding who are unable to take oral pig ointment mixture; 2. Patients with combined hyperlipidemia; 3. Patients with combined liver cancer and other malignant tumors; 4. Difficult to quit alcoholics or drug addicts; 5. Those who cannot take it due to religious beliefs; 6. Abdominal fluid B-ultrasound indicates a "large amount" of abdominal fluid; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients.
