Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chemotherapy patients confirmed by pathology as malignant tumors; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. Patients who are eligible for monotherapy and/or combination therapy regimens with anti-PD-1 inhibitors; 4. No prior history of inflammation or severe autoimmune disease in organs of the same influence; 5. Fasting blood glucose > = 7.0 mmol/L and/or 2 hours post-load blood glucose > = 11.1 mmol/L and/or glycosylated hemoglobin > = 6.5%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have clear serious cardiopulmonary diseases, autoimmune diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases; 2. Critically ill or died during hospitalization; 3. Non-PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapy and/or combination therapy; 4. History of oral administration of vitamin D and related products, calcium agents and hormones in the past 6 months; 5. 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels > 30 ng/mL (75 nmol/L).
