Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Disabled Elderly: (1) Age>=60 years; (2) Barthel index = 6 months; (4) Voluntary participation and informed consent. Caregivers: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) be a caregiver who is mainly responsible for home care; (3) Continuously undertake care tasks > = 3 months, and the daily care duration > = 4 hours; (4) Voluntary participation and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disabled Elderly: (1) The disabled elderly have been clearly diagnosed with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; (2) Those who have difficulties in communication or understanding. Caregivers: (1) Recipients of remuneration; (2) Previous history of psychiatric illness or use of antipsychotic drugs in the past 3 months.
