Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Chinese citizens; 2.male, Age range from 18 to 58 years old; 3.Height: 160cm~185cm;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug dependence; 2. Neurological disorders; 3. Neuropsychiatric disorders; 4. Mental health related diseases; 5. History of genetic and infectious diseases; 6. Organic (especially skeletal and cardiovascular diseases); 7. Taking drugs that affect bone metabolism within six months; 8. A history of severe allergies; 9. Metal implants in the body that can affect MR examination; 10. Malnutrition;
