Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed informed consent; 2.Age>= 20 years old; 3.The gestational age >=37 weeks; 4.Spontaneous rupture of membranes before labor; 5.Singleton pregnancies; 6.Delivery in the hospital;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with serious comorbidities or complications of pregnancy, such as severe preeclampsia; 2.Combined with other serious heart, liver, brain, lung organic diseases and hematologic diseases;
