Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 subject with gastroesophageal reflux disease 1.1 comply with GERD diagnostic criteria and the duration is more than 2 months; 1.2 Patients who had undergone gastroscopy or 24-hour esophageal ph-impedance monitoring within one year; 1.3 Age =18 years old and =75 years old, regardless of gender; 1.4 No serious organic or functional diseases (such as heart disease, stroke, hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, autoimmune disease, tumor, etc.); 1.5 Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2 Healthy control subjects 2.1 Age =18 years old and =75 years old, both sexes; 2.2 Those who did not meet the diagnostic criteria for GERD; 2.3 No serious organic or functional diseases (such as heart disease, stroke, hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, autoimmune disease, tumor, etc.); 2.4 Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The combination of one of the following diseases: history of peptic ulcer, gastric or duodenal esophageal surgery, zhuo - ai syndrome, the primary motivation of the esophagus disorders (such as cardiac relaxation loss, loss of esophageal peristalsis, distal esophageal spasm, high shrinkage of esophagus), scleroderma, upper gastrointestinal malignant lesions, drug-induced esophagitis patients. 2. People with mental disorders who are unable to communicate. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. The group participated in less than a month before or is in other clinical subjects.
