Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the standards formulated by the China Obesity Working Group: overweight is 24kg/m2=BMI < 28kg/m2; Obesity: BMI=28kg/m2; (2) Aged between 18 and 60; (3) Voluntarily join in this study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have been assessed by a clinician to be unsuitable for the ketogenic diet; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Patients who are taking weight loss medications or preparing for bariatric surgery; (4) Patients who have used the ketogenic diet for weight loss in the past year.
