Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Select 100 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital in Luguan Township; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the revised 2024 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension; 3. Age range: 18 to 65 years old; 4. Clear consciousness, normal cognitive function and reaction ability, and communication ability; 5. Capable of completing relevant scale questionnaire evaluations; 6. Capable of using basic mobile communication tools; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or their families refuse to participate in the trial; 2. Combining severe malignant tumors and multiple organ dysfunction; 3. Having secondary hypertension; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
