Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for elective VATPR; 2. Age = 65 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. History of severe respiratory, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3.Serious complications in the perioperative period; 4. Intraoperative transfer to thoracotomy; 5. Missing key patient data.
