Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the ‘Diagnostic Points of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases’ revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, and confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI stroke patients; 2. The first onset of the disease, and the patient's vital signs are stable; 3. Unilateral hemispheric foci, and the existence of a unilateral limb; 4. Duration of the disease: 14 days~6 months; Age: 35~60 years old, male or female; 5. Clear consciousness, good compliance, and good treatment willingness; 6. Informed consent signed by the patient himself/herself or his/her family members; 7. Balance in the standing position at level 2 or above; 8. Lower limb muscle strength at level 3 or above; 9.Trunk flexor and extensor muscle group muscle strength at level 3 or above. Those who also met the above nine conditions were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vital signs are not stable or combined with serious vital organ failure; 2. Serious lower limb muscle, joint function; 3. Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other functional insufficiency; 4. The existence of serious cognitive dysfunction, MMSE score <= 17 points; 5. Serious aphasia or hearing impairment, it is difficult to complete the commanded movement; 6. The installation of the deep brain stimulation device or spinal cord stimulation instrument; 7. The existence of uncontrollable high blood pressure, postural hypotension or severe Cardiopulmonary disease and other diseases that affect motor function; 8. Lower extremity venous thrombosis; 9. Can not cooperate with the staff to complete the test or treatment, compliance is not good. Installation of deep brain stimulator or spinal cord stimulator. Those with any 1 of the above 9 items were not included in this study.
