Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a clearly diagnosed orthopedic disease; 2. Adult (>=18 years old) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) <26 points; Children and adolescents (6~17 years old) are in the process of interference control and conflict suppression system, spatial perception, memory span, processing speed, episodic memory, spatial working memory, selective attention, sustained attention, working memory, and concentrated attention, any one of the functional functions is scored < 90 points (classified as weak according to norms). 3. Agree to be assessed on cognitive function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the cognitive function assessment due to problems such as vision, hearing, aphasia, and inability to use the hand; 2. Those who are considered unsuitable to participate in the trial by the investigator.
