Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients were 18 years of age or older 2: Patients with grade III-IV periodontitis and stable periodontitis control 3: Implant restoration is planned for the teeth that cannot be retained due to periodontal disease. The probing depth of the affected tooth was >=5mm, and tooth movement was greater than degree II 4: At least one bone wall had a vertical alveolar bone resorption (the distance from alveolar crest to cemento-enamel junction) greater than 1/2 length of root 5: At least two residual bone walls of no less than 3mm in height were left 6: At least one adjacent tooth 7: Oral hygiene was good, with a whole mouth plaque and bleeding index of less than 25% 8: The patient had good compliance and agreed to participate in this clinical trial and signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Active periodontitis 2: Acute infection of teeth or adjacent teeth and soft tissues 3: Female patients were pregnant or lactating 4: Medications affecting platelet or bone regeneration within 3 months 5: Patients with a history of head and neck radiotherapy and uncontrolled systemic diseases 6: Heavy smokers, > 10 cigarettes/day
